Features
1. Specification Change is Quickly Performed by Variable Adjustment of Rated Current and Cassette-Housed interior Accessory

Model types are entirely integrated with the rated current setting system by single switch operation. Specifications easily, quickly changed using interior accessory unit cassettes (AL, AUS, SHT….FFB only) Model type integration and cassette packaging enable ordering prior to detailed specification decision as well as reducing stock control and arrangement procedures, contributing to improved management efficiency.

Cassette Loading Procedure

1. Remove the screws
from the accessory cover
2. Slide the cover upward
to remove
3. Lode a cassette 4. Return the cover and
retighten the screws

Use Installable Cassette

The cassette including the alarm switch (AL), auxiliary switch (AUX), and shunt trip (SHT….FFB) can be installed by the user, quickly responding to specification change.For the frames with rated current of 400A or more, the cassette is provided with a terminal block (6-pole) as standard. It is not necessary to prepare and external terminal block. (Incase of over 6 pole) internal a terminal block is not available.


2. Dimensions are unified* for the economical and standard types, contributing to total cost reduction of the control panel.

Even height is unified in addition to the conventional projected area unification. This compatibility reduces the total cost in mounting panels. Interrupting capacity is also unified for the fuse-free breaker and earth leakage breaker within the frame of the same rated current, enabling easy, smooth replacement.

One of these requirements is rated service short circuit breaking capacity (lcs) and it requires verifying conductivity after short-circuit breaking. The performance of short-circuit breaking of our breakers has been developed for the requirement and we have just realized the performance lcs=lcu (lcu :rated ultimate short-circuit breaking capacity) We have just acquired world-wide level of the performance.
